  • Dedicated crew member, catering to the needs of elite clientele continually while complying with all international documentation requirements with TIMATIC

  • Continuously multi-tasking to ensure busy flights run seamlessly and each guest has a positive experience – utilized two computer programs, PARS and AOP, to accommodate passengers to their final destination by assigning seats, checking baggage, and calculating an excess charges in a timely manner.

  • Handled crises/changes in plans calmly and ensured each guest was accommodated - In case of irregularity, offered more than 200 passengers alternate travel plans and additional hotel information.

  • Coordinate between pilots, flight attendants and gate agents by providing paperwork, cabin supplies, boarding time and checking oversized carry-on bags.

  • Led a team of four team members to meet 19+ inbound aircrafts a day
