Daily correspondence with executive personnel within a specific software, and utilizing that software to compile reports for analysis and areas of potential improvement emphasize the quality of interaction, as well as showcase the ability to improve upon current metrics. Mentioning the letters of commendation adds another layer of effective communication and positive work flow, two aspects that potential employers are looking for!
