How to find real reviews for resume writing services
The savvy online shopper knows to check reviews before buying. That’s probably why you’re reading this post right now. However, there are a few things you should look out for to ensure the reviews you're finding are from real, verified customers.
First, look for third-party credibility. The reviews included on this page were all found on third-party sites such as Trustpilot, SiteJabber, Yelp, or for individual resume writers on the platforms. We noted whether the review was verified or not. Please note that this is not an option for all reviews, and doesn't mean the review is necessarily fake.
Second, look for signs that the third-party review site has verified the claim. Trustpilot, for example, includes a checkmark next to reviews from verified customers. Recently, those checkmarks have also been labeled "invited," which simply means the company invited the customer to leave a review after the service was completed. Either way, these reviews have been checked or confirmed to be from actual customers.
Finally, evaluate the reviews. Read several. Ideally, reference several review sites. Look for recency and look for repetition.
